Want to crush Food cravings for good?

Are they creating a massive problem in your world today? Do you let food cravings control your food choices?  Would you like to destroy the food cravings that are killing your health goals?

Here’s why food cravings kill our health goals:

  • Food cravings distract us.
  • They destroy our nutrition plan.
  • Food cravings cause unhealthy weight gain.
  • And leave you feeling miserable
  • Food cravings can be difficult to shake.

Until now…

People talk about “redirecting” or “taking your mind off” food cravings.  But nobody talks about how to wipe out your food cravings entirely.

There are foods, that as you think about them, you like and foods you dislike.  Think about that food that you absolutely dislike. One that you really detest. As you do that what happens?  Do you cringe and gag?

Maybe you had an awful experience with this food.  Maybe you were born with this intense repulsion to it. It doesn’t really matter.  It’s a thought we will use.

So, here’s the cool part…

When you begin to think about the foods you crave in the same way you think about the foods you absolutely dislike you’ll find it’s impossible to crave that food.

You feel differently about that food now.  You’ll even find that you’re disgusted by that old food craving.

This is why people don’t know how to eliminate food cravings entirely. Because it’s not the food but the thinking of the food that we crave.

People simply do not know how food craving works within the mind.

Here’s how you eliminate food cravings

  • Get clear

First, let’s get clear on what your craving is doing for you. Cravings are never about the food. It’s about HOW you think about the food you crave. So ask yourself this question before having the food you crave. “If you were to know, what is this craving doing for you?”  Write your answer down.

For example some people crave foods to feel happiness.  Some people crave foods to feel comfort, Some people crave foods to reward themselves…and the list goes on and on.

  • Get focused

Second, now you’re aware of what the craving is doing for you, what would you like to do instead. Meaning is there another way for you to get what the craving is doing for you. Then look at your options to achieve this objective.  Define a new desirable and healthy craving.

  • Make a change

Next, when you change the way you look at food and those old craving feelings this helps you build new thoughts and change the old craving feelings.

Also giving you the freedom to consider new and healthier options.
