This assessment is desiged to evaluates the effectiveness of the Participant Outcomes Leadership Teams progress applying the principles developed throughout the leadership coaching initiative.

This evaluation measures the degree to which the leadership team has incorporated the teams mission, values, and leadership philosophy into observable and measurable behaviors, refined operational improvements to maximize participant outcomes.

What to Expect Next

The survey responses will be reviewed and summarized into an executive report that will identify key themes, leadership trends, and recommendations for continued development.

A follow-up leadership session is planned for the last week of August, where we will:

Celebrate areas of growth and organizational progress.
Identify opportunities to strengthen transformational leadership and strategic execution.
Establish priorities and commitments for the next phase of leadership development.
